Registration Agreement
- It is your responsibility to pay all fees due before training(s)/certificates can be obtained.
- To successfully complete all trainings provided by TrainEase International; you must arrive on time prior to the beginning of the class schedule, return from break on time, abide by all class rules, and maintain a professional attitude throughout the class session. You must not be a nuisance to any other class participants, not engage in any illegal activities in or outside of the classroom. Last but not least, you must obtain a score of seventy percent (70%) from a pool of multiple choice and true and false questions.
- By signing this agreement, I understand that TrainEase International Security Guard Training School does not guarantee me any form of approval from the Department of State Division of Licensing Services, and or the Division of Criminal Justice Services.
- I accept to abide by all rules by all rules and regulations set by TrainEase International and by the department of state Division of Licensing Services relating to security guard training schools. (Security Guard Act of 1992)
Attendance / Refund Policy
After a schedule has been set, it is your responsibility to maintain the schedule. Once the class schedule is accepted, you must make all efforts to attend class as scheduled unless, you can prove in writing the reasons for the absence or lateness. Acceptable absences are: Medical Problems, Final exam(s), unable to obtain a baby sitter for child/children under the age of 13, Legal court dates, travel outside of NYS for emergency purposes, etc.
- If you believe you are running late based on any of the reasons listed above, you must inform the school secretary/a representative of the school administration by phone, (845) 692-6243), four (4) hours prior to your class schedule.
- If you believe you are going to be absent based on any of the reasons listed above. You must inform the school secretary/a representative of the school administration by phone, (845) 692-6243) one (1) day / 24 hours prior to your schedule.
- Base on the merit of the lateness or absence and or the discretion of the school secretary / a representative of the school administration. An evaluation of your excuse with the document(s) presented will be made to determine your eligibility for another schedule. Regardless of the excuse(s) if lateness is more than 15 minutes, no class will be attended on the class schedule date in question. You may be rescheduled for the next available class schedule.
- If absent with legitimate reasons, you must produce all proofs, documents, excuses in writing before we can determine your eligibility for another class. Under no circumstance will the secretary or a school administration representative reschedule a student who has not provided in writing, proof of absence or who has not called prior to the scheduled date in question to be rescheduled.
- Regardless of the circumstances, you must present your receipt in order for us to assist you. A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned.
All notices from Benjamin Enterprises to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Benjamin Enterprises shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:
